When will I receive my first Napquina shipment?

We’ll ship your product within 24 hours of your purchase. The shipment will take 5 working days if you are residing within the State of Kerala and 5-7 working days if you are anywhere outside the state of Kerala.

Does Napquina ship internationally?

No, Not yet.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping charge is totally free if you are purchasing 4 or more products. If you are purchasing anything less than 4 products, there will be a shipping charge of INR. 50 for all 3 or less products bought in single order.

What if my order takes more than the specified time?

In case of unforeseen circumstances, natural calamities, or movement restrictions due to Government rules due to the pandemic situations and if the delivery takes more than the specified time, you can directly contact customercare@napquina.com to know more about the situation.
