Napquina Cancellation/Refund Policy
Napquina refund/cancellation policy gives you an option to cancel the order within the timeframe of or before the product shipment. In such a situation, if you want to refund your order after making the payment, you should send a mail to customercare@napquina.com specifying the reason. Napquina will be refunding your order within 7 working days. The money deducted will be transferred back to your account after cutting off the payment gateway charge.
The following exceptions and rules apply to this policy
- If the cancellation request is made 24 hours after making the order, it means that the product has already been shipped and we are not making any claims to take back the product unless the product is either damaged or tampered by causes not related to you.
- The customer is not supposed to make a cancellation request after opening the package without finding any legitimate reasons.
- If you find the product to be tampered or in an un-usable condition (damaged) please don’t hesitate to contact customercare@napquina.com or directly contact us from the contact information in the website www.napquina.com However we won’t directly be initiating a refund in such a situation, on the other hand we’ll study and analyse case in order to do the needful.
- There are no exchange options available
- Platform handling fee is not applicable for any cancelation or refund requests and the same will be deducted while initiating a refund.
